RETURN POLICY
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unused.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Log in to your account using the email associated with your order. Select the order you wish to return and click the 'Request Return' button. Choose the reason for your return and, if shipping the item back, provide the tracking number in the notes section.
FOR CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
Exchanges are available if you’d like a different size, design, or color. Refunds can be requested to your original payment method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM?
If you receive a defective item, submit a return request and include details of the issue in the notes section.
If you received the wrong product, message us on our Facebook page, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue as soon as possible.
